The moment her completely destroyed vest was on the towel, she started flexing every other muscle she has which caused the rest of her uniform as well as her bra to be reduced to shreds leaving her panties unharmed. "Yessssssss!!!! Soon my muscles shall no longer be hidden by this petty uniform!!!!" she said as she's loving these desires for strength and power more and more with each passing second. So she flexes her pecs harder and saw that her vest was starting to rip in half, which caused her to guzzle down 20 bottles of Night Howler and loves the power that she's now feeling throughout her body. Suddenly Judy's eyes had taken a look like she has Night Howler Sickness, however Judy considered this a sign that she's no longer weak and powerless. The bunny felt the second bottle filling her veins and her desire for strength and power doubled making her put more effort into flexing her pecs. Judy was looking at her pecs with muscle lust fueled glee as the ar500 police vest was struggling to remain intact, but Judy opened of the boxes and grabs another bottle and drinks it dry wanting more power and muscle. Yet what she doesn't know is that Nick Wilde is watching all of this far away enough so that she doesn't see him through a pair of binoculars that he bought at a local store.and was outright speechless as he was seeing this bunny who put a psychotic sheep in jail is now gaining the desire for muscles from drinking a bottle of Night Howler. "This Police uniform will be destroyed by my MUSCLES!!!!" she said gritting through her teeth as her boobs are becoming muscular pecs. "Those muscles will be alllllllllll MINE!!!!!" she snarled and flexes her chest as hard as she could. Judy was fighting against these desires at first, but thoughts of having very ripped muscles and being able to make them bigger by just flexing in her mind caused a smile to crept on her face. However she felt something different happen as she noticed her veins are being pumped with the serum, along with that was a desire to get stronger and powerful.
Judy knew that she shouldn't do this as she might go feral, but she drank it and now is waiting for it to do it's magic. "If a predator goes feral when they drink this, then I wonder what would happen if a prey like me drinks this?" she asks herself and removes the lid from the bottle.
She grabbed the bottle and a thought suddenly popped into her head. The reason being is she's disposing all of the Night Howler that was created in a vaporizer box, but she saw that one of the bottles ended up falling on the towel from 1 of the 15 boxes that are going to be the first to be vaporized. Somewhere at one of Zootopia's many beaches, Judy Hopps was setting up a towel at a spot that she can have some privacy as well as no one being able to see or hear her.
